User Roles
The LearnSmartz Course Builder allows the team to work and collaborate according to defined roles

The LearnSmartz Course Builder works as a collaborative tool when it comes to creating e-learning courses. User Roles are established at the beginning of a course/project. The LearnSmartz Course Builder allows you to setup workflow, roles, and define key team members that will play a part in the development and deployment of your course.

Defined roles make for efficient working
There will be an overall Admin role that is played by the Project Manager while the content and creative people are the actual users of the tool. The Admin can add new courses, approve or reject changes made to the screens, view and change status and other team members can also view these. The Admin and Users can always check the status of screens in the LearnSmartz Course Builder. In this manner, information and updates to the courses are always shared by the team members and everyone stays current on the project. As a client, you will define your creative representative(s) along with the Instructional Designer and Project Manager that will be responsible for maintaining and facilitating course development.
